Talent Advisor
We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People & Talent Team at Banham.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional candidate experience — from first contact to onboarding. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the Talent team to ensure our recruitment process runs smoothly, efficiently, and reflects Banham’s values. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised in a fast-paced environment, and helping people find their perfect fit within our business.
Who are we?
Banham is a family-owned; family-run business that has been providing security solutions since 1926. We operate throughout the Southeast of England offering a comprehensive service on all aspects of physical and electronic security. Most important, however, are the people who make up Banham. Our dedicated employees live and breathe collaboration; they inspire and learn from each other while upholding our five core values: Family, Pride, Trust, Leadership, and Making a Difference. Employees who began their Banham careers as trainees now head up our key departments, and we are proud to foster a working environment that encourages staff to stay with us for many years.
What You’ll Do

- Be part of building a smart, collaborative talent attraction culture that delivers a world-class candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews via phone, video, or onsite — ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.

- Liaise with candidates throughout the process, keeping them informed and supported at every stage.
- Write engaging job adverts and post roles via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain and update ATS data and job postings to ensure accuracy.
- Work closely with the Talent Manager and hiring teams to shape recruitment processes and share creative ideas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates and hand over successful ones to the onboarding team.
- Assist with onboarding, including vetting and induction activities when required.
- Help coordinate and represent Banham at external recruitment events (e.g. career fairs, open days).
- Facilitate TeamTailor training sessions for hiring managers.
- Maintain internal recruitment dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
