Our team is made up a range of experienced sales professionals including Security Sales Consultants (Surveyors), Sales Associates, Business Development, Bespoke and the Sales Processing team all of whom play a critical part in the sales cycle and customer journey, ensuring our customers receive the world class sales experience that we, as a Market-Leader, aim to provide.
So, whether we are looking at new business opportunities, taking a customer on their first sales journey with Banham or a customer is upgrading their current security suite, our mission is to allow our customers to enjoy a happy home or place of work, safe in the knowledge Banham will never compromise their security.

My Banham journey began 10 years ago in Guildford as a showroom assistant. At that time, I knew very little about the company and had no idea it would become such an integral part of my life. I quickly realized that Banham is unlike any of my previous employers. The company's ethos and family values set it apart in a way that is truly unparalleled. My progression within Banham was swift. After just a few months, I was promoted to showroom manager. Thanks to my hard work and the recognition from the company, I was soon offered the role of security surveyor, where I was entrusted with visiting clients across the south of England. A year later, my hard work paid off, and I was relocated to London—a goal I had set for myself when I first started. Now, 10 years later, I am still in the same role I love, and I continue to feel valued by Banham. Working here gives me a sense of belonging, and I truly feel like a part of the family.
