With no two days ever being the same for our team, when our customers visit our showrooms, the experience they receive highlights our expertise, history and the quality expected from a luxury brand. The team’s day to day role encompasses anything from organising a key cutting service, keyholding registration, booking a site survey or fielding queries around our services, to selling complete lock solutions and safes. Our showroom teams' give our customers the confidence that they have been presented with the best security solutions all whilst receiving best in class customer service!
Our teams are multi skilled: retailers, salespeople, key cutters, locksmiths and stock controllers to name but a few. There will always be opportunities to cross train and develop your skills, and joining the showroom team will be a stepping stone to opportunities for progression not only within the showrooms but across the business.
