I started my career at Banham as a Preventive Maintenance Engineer and quickly transitioned into the Corrective Maintenance department. My expertise then expanded as I moved into a technical support role, assisting both customers and engineers, before taking on a sales-focused position as a surveyor. In this role, I conducted on-site surveys and played an integral part in the acquisition of another security company, contributing to both technical and operational processes. As I continued to grow, I was promoted to Manager of the CCTV department, where I developed deep expertise in IP systems and related software. Additionally, I worked closely with the IT department to manage engineers' laptops and applications, ensuring seamless integration of technology into our daily operations. These diverse roles have not only broadened my technical skill set but have also allowed me to strengthen my leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, enabling me to provide valuable solutions and support to both colleagues and customers.
