Fire & Security Installation Customer Service Advisor
Are you passionate about customer service and keen to work in a fast-paced, safety-critical industry? We're looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our Fire & Security Installation team and help deliver top-notch service to our valued clients
As a key member of our installation support team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, engineers, and project managers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination for all fire and security system installations.

What can you bring to Banham?
- Previous experience in a customer service or scheduling role (ideally in fire/security or a technical field)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- A calm and professional approach under pressure
What will my responsibilities be?
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems
- Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with clients and engineers
- Provide updates, resolve queries, and follow up on service issues
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and job progress
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure timely and efficient installations
- Support administrative tasks such as processing paperwork and creating job reports
