Our Installations team brings cutting-edge electronic security systems to life. From intruder and fire alarms to CCTV, access control, and security lighting, we handle it all.
Roles and Collaboration:
The department is a mix of field and office-based experts, including installers, commissioning engineers, and technical managers. Together, we ensure every project is executed to the highest standards.
We work closely with architects, designers, site foremen, and customers to deliver seamless installations. As the first step in any new project, we set the stage for smooth transitions to ongoing service and maintenance.

When systems need attention, our Service team steps in as the first point of contact. Whether troubleshooting faults, diagnosing issues, or repairing systems, our multi-skilled service engineers are always ready to act.
A Day in the Life:
Service engineers tackle power supply problems, communication failures, or system damage caused by environmental or malicious factors. Meanwhile, our call handlers manage the process end-to-end, from booking calls to tracking resolutions, ensuring complete audit trails for every case.
The team also supports small installations, demonstrates system use, and works alongside our technical support and maintenance teams to keep systems running smoothly.
