Banham is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate who are ready to join our team. We are looking for individuals who have trained in sales, have user experience of sales CRM or Salesforce and can bring a senior sales mindset to help adapt and change our culture. This role is perfect for those who are eager to grow and develop into future leaders.

What can you bring to Banham?
A self-starter with a desire to succeed. Able to communicate with people of all levels with excellent written and verbal skills.
You will have experience in a sales role, be familiar with CRM, Salesforce or similar sales platforms, be highly motivated and ambitious, with a high drive to learn and succeed.
What will I be doing?
- Building relationships with the inbound team as well as the outbound sales team, and surveyors.
- Understanding customer needs and reacting accordingly.
- Taking a large number of sales enquiry calls.
- Managing open and new tickets via our customer service tool (Zendesk).
- Amend quotations and use our sales software to create new quotes if needed.
- Providing expert advice to customers on our products.
- Booking in Surveys from web requests as well as booking in Surveys from inbound calls.
- Accurately managing the surveyor’s diaries.
