As a front line ARC Operator, you’ll be actively involved in protecting our clients, their employees, family members, property and possessions via interaction with their Intruder, Fire or CCTV installations.

For example, you may have visibility of an intruder approaching a darkened house, and trigger a “voice-off” to advise them they are being watched and recorded live, at which point you see them leave the premises. You’ll sleep better knowing you potentially stopped a break-in; the client is undisturbed, so also enjoys a restful night; and the intruder has more work to do, elsewhere.

From assisting engineering teams to calling the Emergency Services and assisting clients who may be locked out of their homes, no two days are ever the same.

We also make use of a best in class AI to filter false activations to keep your confidence high and the drudgery low, and were the primary developers of ECHO, to send the Police rapidly to our customers when needed.
