What can you bring to Banham?
Proven track record in outbound sales or a similar target-driven environment
Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model – currently 3 days in the office and 2 from home (subject to change; flexibility is essential)
Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success
What will you be doing?
Drive outbound sales activity to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Coordinate daily sales operations and manage your sales pipeline independently
Work closely with field sales consultants to close deals and convert leads
Implement proven sales strategies and contribute ideas to optimise performance
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer engagement
Deliver on individual and team objectives as set by your Sales Manager
Provide accurate reporting and updates on sales activity and pipeline status
Standard Office role hours (37.5 hrs (between 8:30am to 5:30pm, (Mon-Fri))
